Welcome to CloudNine Stays. By accessing or booking through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through the CloudNine Stays website or authorized agents. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely, and confirmation will be sent via email once completed.

2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before check-in. The deposit covers any damages or losses during your stay and will be refunded after inspection at check-out.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within the allowed period will receive a full or partial refund based on the property’s policy. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. No-shows or late cancellations may result in full charge.

5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must maintain the property in good condition and follow house rules. Any damage, theft, or violation of the rules will result in deductions from the security deposit or further charges.

6. Prohibited Activities
Illegal activities, loud parties, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. CloudNine Stays reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if such behavior occurs.

7. Liability
CloudNine Stays is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damages to personal property during your stay. Guests are advised to secure valuables and travel with appropriate insurance.

8. Property Availability
While we strive to ensure accuracy in listings, availability may change without notice. In rare cases of overbooking or maintenance issues, an alternative property or full refund will be provided.

9. Privacy Policy
Personal data collected during booking is used only for reservation and service purposes. CloudNine Stays will never share your information with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the property is located. Any disputes shall be settled in the appropriate local courts.
